Our B&B is located in Montecatini Terme, famous SPA, five minutes from the highway A11 (Firenze - Mare), an ideal position to get (by car or by train) to cities in Tuscany most known for the art (Florence and Pisa 40 minutes, Lucca 25 minutes) or places known for the landscape and natural beauty (Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, Garfagnana, Alpi Apuane, Versilia) and small medieval towns like Montecatini Alto, Buggiano, Massa e Cozzile, Montevettolini.

We provide our guests a double room (also available as a single) and a mini apartment with private entrance in the ground floor with double bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom (with the possibility of an extra bed).

For those who want to move in the neighborhood without the inconvenience of a car, two bicycles are available.
